If you’ve ordered a baby product from us, you may have received a Product Registration Card. Product Registration Cards let you, the consumer, provide your contact information to us, the manufacturer. This lets us quickly and easily notify you in the event of a safety alert or a recall.
Product Registration Cards are required for all durable infant or toddler products per 16 CFR 1130. If you have lost your physical card or do not want to mail a physical copy, you may register using this form:
